Dr Shafiq Ahmed is a renowned urologist, uro oncologist and robotic kidney transplant surgeon with more than 18 years of experience and he has performed more than 15 thousands urological procedures till date and his highest level of work is Robotic kidney Transplant.

Previously he has been associated with some of best hospitals in India and has been a key member in setting up Renal Transplant Programme including robotic kidney Transplant in some of the top hospitals in Delhi-NCR. He is a US credentialed robotic uro-oncologist and a robotic Genitourinay surgeon for adult and pediatric patients. He is one of the few surgeon in the world who is actively performing robotic kidney transplant.

Dr Ahmed has authored several articles in national and international medical journals and many book chapters in urological disease. He has been an eminent speaker at various medical conferences and faculty for urology training program of students in India. As one of the leading urologist, robotic and renal transplant surgeon, he has played an instrumental role in mentoring young surgeons in the country.
